Amplune is a brand operated by the private limited company identified on our Company Information page. These launch terms describe the rules for using Amplune. They are a practical draft and require review by qualified counsel, along with governing law and final support details, before paid public launch.

Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting access credentials and activity performed through your account. You must have authority to connect each music, advertising, email or payment account you use.

Acceptable use

Do not use Amplune for fake streams, deceptive engagement, spam, rights infringement, unlawful targeting, harassment or content that violates a connected platform’s rules. You are responsible for campaign claims, creative rights, audience choices, influencer agreements and regulatory compliance.

Campaigns and spend

Amplune helps prepare and manage promotion workflows. You must review destinations, budgets, targeting and creative before approval. Advertising and influencer spend may be charged by third parties and is separate from a Amplune subscription unless clearly stated. Public paid-plan prices are net prices excluding VAT; applicable VAT and the complete recurring total are shown by Stripe before purchase.

Influencer promotion advertisements

Amplune displays artist promotion opportunities and public influencer profiles as advertising and discovery content only. It does not accept influencer applications, select or match parties, negotiate or recommend compensation, form collaboration contracts, approve deliverables, track transactions, process payments or mediate disputes. Interested users leave Amplune and contact each other independently. Artists and influencers are solely responsible for due diligence, contracts, intellectual-property permissions, advertising disclosures, invoices, payments, taxes and compliance with local law. Do not submit rates, contracts, payment evidence, bank details, tax identifiers or identity documents to Amplune. A paid artist subscription pays only for use of Amplune software and is unrelated to whether any influencer collaboration occurs.

Subscriptions

Paid plans, when enabled, renew according to the interval and price shown at checkout. Customers can manage cancellation and billing through the Stripe customer portal. Feature limits may differ by plan and will be shown before purchase.

Professional services

Amplune may separately offer creative production and campaign-support services, such as lyric videos, visualisers, animation, short-form edits, release creative direction and hands-on setup. A website enquiry is not an order or acceptance. Availability, deliverables, client responsibilities, revision limits, usage rights, timeline, price, payment schedule and cancellation terms must be confirmed in a written proposal before work starts. Professional services are separate from software subscriptions and are invoiced directly rather than purchased through Stripe Checkout. Quotes are normally stated excluding VAT; the invoice will show applicable VAT or any valid reverse-charge treatment. Unless expressly agreed in writing, source files, third-party licences, media spend, influencer fees and continuing campaign management are excluded. Creative or campaign work does not guarantee streams, views, placement, revenue or other performance outcomes.

Availability and third parties

Features that depend on Spotify, Meta, Google, Stripe or other providers may change or become unavailable. Amplune is not endorsed by those providers and cannot guarantee campaign results, streams, placement or revenue.

Content and feedback

You keep ownership of content you provide and grant the limited permission needed to operate the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights. Feedback may be used to improve Amplune without obligation.

Suspension and liability

Access may be limited for security, non-payment or misuse. Final warranty disclaimers, liability limits, dispute terms and governing law must be completed for the operating business before commercial launch.
