Privacy policy

Amplune is a brand operated by the private limited company identified on our Company Information page. This launch policy explains the data Amplune processes to provide artist workspaces, music integrations, artist pages, advertising preparation, fan signup, support, professional-service enquiries and influencer outreach. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad commercial launch.

Information we process

We process account details, connected-service identifiers and tokens, artist and release information, playlist data, promotion-advertisement settings, public influencer profile information, requested free-page leads and consent records, fan signups, product events, support tickets, professional-service briefs and product usage. Stripe handles payment-card data, billing addresses and optional business tax identifiers for Amplune software subscriptions and VAT calculation. For accepted professional services, Amplune may process the client, billing and project information needed to prepare a proposal, perform the work and issue an invoice. Amplune does not request influencer tax identifiers, bank details, compensation, contracts, invoices or influencer-transaction records for independent artist-influencer collaborations.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate users, provide requested features and previews, publish artist pages, assess and respond to service enquiries, prepare proposals and invoices, deliver accepted work, connect approved third-party services, prevent abuse, support customers, understand which acquisition journeys create useful artist outcomes, and meet legal obligations. Marketing email is sent only where the recipient has provided the applicable consent and can unsubscribe.

Service providers and integrations

Depending on the features you choose, data may be processed by hosting, database, authentication, analytics, music, advertising, email and payment providers, including Vercel, Neon, Clerk, PostHog, Spotify, Google, Meta and Stripe. Their own terms and privacy notices also apply.

Analytics and advertising pixels

Amplune measures artist-page visits, QR visits and outbound music clicks using its own daily aggregate records. With a visitor's analytics permission, we also use PostHog's EU service for product-funnel events, traffic attribution, approximate location, device and performance information, interaction analytics and session replay so we can understand and improve the visitor experience. Signed-in accounts are associated using an internal account identifier rather than an email address. Form values, private claim controls, private-page tokens and URL query strings are not recorded; account, sign-in and dashboard screens are excluded from replay. Visitors can change this choice through Privacy choices. A paid artist may optionally connect their own Meta Pixel. On those pages, Meta’s script remains unloaded until a visitor accepts advertising tracking. Accepted page visits and outbound music-link clicks are then sent to the artist’s Pixel; rejecting keeps Meta off. Artists cannot inject unrestricted scripts.

Public content

Published smart links, artist pages, influencer-promotion advertisements and discoverable influencer profiles are public or visible to signed-in artists as clearly indicated. Influencer account emails are not placed in the directory; contact happens through the influencer's external profile. Do not publish confidential, payment, tax or identity data.

Retention and security

We retain data while an account is active and as needed for legitimate operational, security and legal purposes. We use access controls, encrypted connections and server-side secret storage, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Commercial discussions between artists and influencers should take place outside Amplune.

Your choices

You may disconnect integrations through the relevant service and request access, correction or deletion of account data. Fans may withdraw email consent at any time. Contact hello@amplune.com or use the Help Center for support and privacy requests.
