Privacy policy

This launch policy explains the data Amplune processes to provide artist workspaces, music integrations, smart links, advertising preparation and creator outreach. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad commercial launch.

Information we process

We process account details, connected-service identifiers and tokens, artist and release information, playlist data, campaign settings, creator profiles, applications, communication records, post-verification details, billing and payout status, and product usage. Payment card and creator bank-account details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Amplune.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate users, provide requested features, publish artist pages, connect approved third-party services, prevent abuse, support customers, measure service reliability and meet legal obligations.

Service providers and integrations

Depending on the features you choose, data may be processed by hosting, database, authentication, analytics, music, advertising, email and payment providers, including Vercel, Neon, Clerk, Spotify, Google, Meta and Stripe. Their own terms and privacy notices also apply.

Public content

Published smart links, artist pages, open creator campaigns and discoverable creator profiles are public or visible to signed-in artists as clearly indicated. Creator email addresses, communication histories and payout status are not placed on public directory pages. Do not publish confidential data. Private dashboard and tokenized submission routes are excluded from search indexing, but users should still protect access links.

Retention and security

We retain data while an account is active and as needed for legitimate operational, security and legal purposes. We use access controls, encrypted connections and server-side secret storage, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may disconnect integrations through the relevant service and request access, correction or deletion of account data. A production support and privacy contact must be published before accepting paying customers.
