A clean commercial process

Conversation first. Written scope before production.

1. Brief: share the song, deadline, references, assets and working budget.
2. Fit call: we clarify the creative route and whether Amplune is the right producer.
3. Proposal: you receive scope, deliverables, revisions, rights, timing and price.
4. Invoice: accepted work is invoiced separately from your software subscription, with applicable VAT shown.
5. Production: work begins according to the accepted payment and delivery schedule.

Quotes are normally issued excluding VAT. Applicable VAT, payment schedule, revision limits, usage rights and delivery terms are confirmed in the written proposal and invoice.

Influencer-promotion boundary

Creative help does not turn Amplune into an influencer marketplace.

A service proposal may cover your campaign assets, strategy, brief or public opportunity listing. Amplune still does not select or contract influencers, negotiate their compensation, accept deliverables on their behalf, process influencer payments or mediate disputes. Artists and influencers communicate and contract independently outside Amplune.
