Use a service when the bottleneck is production, not software
A subscription is useful when an artist can operate the workflow independently. A professional service is different: the artist needs a specialist to shape or produce a defined release asset. Amplune keeps these models separate so a low-cost software plan does not imply unlimited production work.
Possible projects include a lyric video, music visualiser, motion artwork, 3D animation, vertical social edits, release creative direction, SmartLink setup or campaign preparation. Availability and the right production approach depend on the song, assets, deadline and budget.
Every project begins with a brief and written proposal
The enquiry form starts a conversation; it is not an order. Amplune first checks fit and clarifies references, format, duration, source assets, deadline and intended channels. If the project is suitable, the artist receives a written proposal before work begins.
The proposal should identify deliverables, milestones, included revision rounds, client feedback deadlines, usage rights, excluded costs, delivery format, price and payment schedule. Anything not written into the accepted scope should not be assumed to be included.
- Share the release date and working budget
- Provide references and rights-cleared source assets
- Confirm formats and channels
- Agree revision limits and feedback dates
- Accept the written scope before production

Services are invoiced separately from software
Launch and Growth subscriptions are purchased through Stripe Checkout. Professional services are separately invoiced after a proposal is accepted. Quotes are normally shown excluding VAT, while the invoice states the applicable VAT or valid reverse-charge treatment and the agreed payment schedule.
A proper invoice and project record still matter when payment does not use Stripe. Artists should provide accurate client and billing details, and both parties should keep the accepted proposal, invoices and material approvals with their business records.
Campaign support keeps artist-owned accounts and spend separate
A service may help prepare a SmartLink, creative assets or a Meta campaign in the artist’s own account. Media spend remains payable to Meta from the artist-owned payment method unless a written proposal explicitly says otherwise. No creative or campaign service can guarantee streams, views, followers, placement or revenue.
For influencer promotion, Amplune may help the artist prepare the creative direction, opportunity brief and public listing. Amplune does not select or contract influencers, negotiate compensation, receive influencer deliverables, process influencer payments or mediate disputes. Artists and influencers continue those relationships independently outside Amplune.

A clear scope protects the relationship
Creative work becomes expensive when the intended outcome is vague or feedback arrives without limits. A focused brief and staged approvals make it easier to protect the release date, budget and quality without pretending every idea can be included.
Start with the smallest asset that solves the release problem. A strong visualiser and a useful vertical edit pack may create more practical value than commissioning a complex animation without enough time, references or distribution plan.

Affordable by design · shaped by artists
The affordable, artist-first alternative
Amplune was started by independent artists who wanted solid release tools without paying for several disconnected platforms. You can start with a free artist workspace, then add campaign-ready SmartLink controls with Launch at €7.99 per month excluding VAT. Growth is €19.99 per month excluding VAT for the broader connected workflow.
Artist feedback goes directly into the product roadmap. The team reviews recurring needs, tests focused improvements and can ship useful changes quickly—while protecting reliability, privacy and artist control. The goal is not to charge more for complexity; it is to build the practical platform independent artists actually need.
